How Does it Work?

IODA handles content and data, and our top-notch technology partner, DownloadCentric, will host your store and handle customer service. You manage the entire store (content, design, pricing) via your Dashboard.

  • Fair Commercial Terms - You receive 65% of the gross receipts from your store, and IODA does not withhold its standard commission from your sales.
  • Flexible Pricing Control - Take complete control over your product pricing. We provide a flexible and efficient pricing tool that allows complete pricing control at the catalog and release level.
  • Stores for Labels, Artists, and More - Set up a store for your label, sub-label, or even an individual artist. The Dashboard will manage this process very quickly and easily. You can operate as many storefronts as you like.
  • Customer Service - Your fans will receive excellent customer service directly from our technology partner, DownloadCentric. Your store will automatically have links to their customer service representatives.
  • Flexible Design Options - Choose from standard templates and basic customization options or create a totally custom interface with your own HTML and CSS.
  • Integration - Once your store is completed, configured, and live, there are many integration options, and we will provide the tools and advice to help you drive fans to your new store(s). Work with IODA to create a completely custom integration with your existing website, including an integrated shopping cart to sell physical goods.
